I just received this from my mate Mike and it's actually so hilarious it's bordering on the bizarre. This photo and the following e-mail were what Mike sent me:Once you have finished admiring the rugged build and dark good looks of the reflected cameraman (mike@foxp2.com) look closer. Only in ZA do people who don't pay their parking and get wheel clamped go one further. This enterprizing bugger actually took the aforeclamped wheel off her car - complete with municipality clamp - and chucked it on her back seat. Presumably she has been driving on her biscuit ever since...
